What a huge treat it was to have a dinner prepared by Chef Anthony. Not only was he incredibly accommodating and delightful to work with as arrangements were made, but the courses themselves were out of this world. Everything was delicious, well-plated, and well-paced! You could tell how much love he has for his work and it made the entire evening such a highlight of an already great trip. 12/10 stars

Chef Tony was recommended to our family for a private dinner and we could not have been more satisfied! Tony was so easy to work with leading up to our small event and provided a great menu that proved delicious beyond a doubt. He and his team arrived ready to impress and it was a pleasure watching him create local Scottish cuisine. His ingredients were fresh, colorful and he took great care with every course. And he was so kind to our 9yo son who was watching his every move! Our whole family highly recommends hiring Chef Tony for a truly local Scottish experience!

Chef Anthony prepared a meal fit for a king! He came on time with everything he needed and even cleaned up after the meal. His menu was creative and his food was amazing from start to finish. We highly recommend him. You’ll not be disappointed!

Chef Tony created a delicious meal for my friends during our trip to the Scottish Highlands. The menu was creative and I loved how much energy he put into highlighting local goods. He was responsive, flexible and delightful to work with. And he made our dinner incredibly fun thanks to his warmth and humor!

I would highly recommend hiring this guy!! My sister in law booked him for my father in laws 70th birthday and he came to our holiday rental and cooked up an absolute treat for us!!! We opted for 5 courses and each course was just next level! Each course was presented beautifully and just left you eager to try the next! He kindly adapted his menu for the 2 of us that didn’t like venison. He used lots of gorgeous local produce. He worked away in the kitchen for hours and left the kitchen spotless afterwards.
